Crispy Popcorn Chicken

醃製方法:

    1. 將40磅雞腿肉切成雞丁
    2. 加入400g 快可立特級醃粉
    3. 攪伴混和後醃3-4小時
    4. 然後每五磅醃好之雞肉放於一個膠盒內存於冰箱保存

烹調方法:

    1. 將一包雪藏之醃好雞肉取出解凍
    2. 解凍後,加入一隻鮮雞蛋攪伴
    3. 將雞塊沾上快可立特級炸粉,放入350度高溫油爐炸3分鐘
    4. 完成前加入九層塔炸10秒鐘,並與雞塊一起撈起
