Estimated Initial Investment
INITIAL INVESTMENT
The average monthly sales revenue will be set between US $15,000-65,000 based on
the operation conditions and the managerial competence. The return will depend
on the store location and operation principles. Owner of franchises stores
should prepare:
1. Licensee store owner shall look for store location and the corporate office
will send representatives to evaluate the location. The area of the store should
be between 1,000-3,000 square feet.
2. Start-up expenses: (1) Non-refundable
consulting fee $2,000; (2)
Trademark Licensing fee $9,000; (3) Equipment expenses $20,000-60,000; (4) Signs and bar
counter $15,000-20,000. Besides, the owner will need to pay store rent, deposit,
utilities and decoration fee. The start-up expenses depend on the store location
and area.
