How does Will Call Work?

Will Call tickets are available for pick-up at the venue on the day of the show. Please bring your photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets for verification,

Why can't I select an individual seat?

Unfortunately, you are not able to choose an individual seat. You are assigned the best seat available in the section and price range that you select during the first step of the purchasing process.

I haven't received my tickets yet, what should I do?

Will Call tickets are available for pick-up at the venue on the day of the show. Please bring your photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets for verification. For all other delivery methods, you will receive your tickets at least 48 hours prior to the event.

What happens if my event is cancelled?

Cancellation policies are determined by the venue and can vary, but generally involve a refund of the ticket price. The Handling fee is NOT refunded to cover the cost of ticket delivery already incurred by AsianTickets.com.

Policies regarding postponed events vary by venue. In the event of a postponement, ticket holders should contact the venue directly

Refund request must be made within five days of the events originally scheduled date.

What should I do if you have an event or venue listed incorrectly?

Is it safe to use my credit card at AsianTickets.com?

AsianTickets.com applies a system of Internet security technologies to assure that your on-line transactions are safe. and we selected Yahoo! to be our partner to process your transaction.
